Current share offers
This is the second Share Offer by North Lincolnshire Community Energy. The expected annual interest on investments from March 2025 is 5%. Since January 2023, NLCE has already:
- Installed 3900 solar panels on 18 sites, generating 1,500 MWh of electricity
- Cut carbon emissions by over 500 tonnes
- Saved schools in Scunthorpe £190,000 in electricity costs
- Paid an annual interest of 5% to members in the first year
The minimum investment is £50. Every Member, no matter how much they have subscribed, has an equal vote in the running of the Society. You can stand to be elected as a Director, or offer your time as a volunteer, to help the Society make its plan happen.
This Offer will close when fully subscribed or on 28th February 2025, unless extended.
Coming soon
Reading Community Energy Society (RCES) will be launching a new Share Offer in early 2025. RCES has already installed solar PV on 22 sites generating an estimated 525 MWh per year, their next project is to install a solar array on the local bus depot.
Edinburgh Community Solar, which owns and operates 30 solar panel installations throughout Edinburgh with a total generating capacity of 1.38MW, will be launching their next share offer in the first half of 2025.
