Alex Molton – Communications and Support Officer for Westmill Energy
Alex works as the Communications and Support Officer for Westmill Energy, which includes Westmill Wind Co-op, Westmill Solar Co-op and WeSET. Alex leads on managing the Westmill Energy website and social media channels, as well as supporting the Wind and Solar boards.

Sam Stevens – Solar PV Operations Manager
Sam monitors and manages Energy4All’s rooftop solar PV systems on behalf of its Cooperative members, issuing corrective action where necessary. Sam comes from an ESG and sustainable finance background. He holds an MSc in Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Politics.

Paul Phare – Development Manager (England, Wales & Northern Ireland)
Paul Phare studied engineering at UWE in Bristol and has been working in the community energy sector since 2003.  He was involved with the first community owned wind farm in Scotland on the Isle of Gigha and won the prestigious Ashden Award for his organisation’s involvement in the project.  Paul continued to support the development of charitable community energy projects in Scotland until 2008 when he joined Energy4All. Paul first delivered five shared ownership co-operatives in Scotland and then, after moving to Edinburgh in 2012, he became a founding member of the Edinburgh Community Solar Co-op, a partnership with City of Edinburgh Council.  Paul is also a founding member and director of Rumbling Bridge Community Hydro Society, a 500kW project in Perthshire.  Staying with Energy4All, Paul moved back to Bristol in 2015 where he continues working on community energy projects, notably working with Bristol Energy Network on the City Leap Project.
He is a Director of: Rumbling Bridge Community Energy Society, Bristol Community Moorings, Burning Nest Ltd, Resilient Energy Forest of Dean, Drumlin Wind Energy Co-op.
