England Projects

Energy4All Ltd  offers community involvement in seven projects around the midlands and coastal areas of England .

Projects in the portfolio include:

Baywind Energy Co-Operative Ltd ~ Cumbria

Baywind Energy Co-operative Ltd consists of two wind farms in Haverigg and Harlock Hill, Ulverston. Both erected in the late 1990's Baywind is our oldest wind farm. www.baywind.coop The first share offer was in 1996/7 and the second share offer in 1998/9. Baywind is fully operational.

Westmill Wind Farm ~ Oxfordshire

Share offer launched November 2005 ~ Closed February 2006. The wind turbines have been constructed and are now operational.

Fenland ~ Lincolnshire

Fenland Green Power Co-Operative www.fens.coop
Share offer launched September 2007 ~ Closed November 2007. The wind turbines have now been erected, tested and commissioned and became fully operational during the summer of 2006.

Baydon Meadow ~ Baydon

Baydon meadow was unfortunately turned down by West Berks Council on 11th December 2007 primarily on visual grounds. Matt Partridge, the landowner has now lodged an appeal against this decision. www.baydonmeadow.co.uk
 

Reeves Hill ~ Herefordshire

Gartree ~ Leicestershire

Harborough District Council Planning committee have refused planning for the Gartree Wind Farm.
